You Gon’ Learn Today! 😆 

Admittedly, my headline and the illustration might trigger some negative memories around school and learning! LOL! But I just wanted to get your attention today. The truth is, for a lot of us, formal education and the school system full of high stakes, high pressure standardized tests and subjects we forgot as soon as we turned in our textbooks at the end of each year - that experience doesn’t make us excited about the idea of LEARNING.

But what if I told you that learning was meant by God to be an adventure of exploration, new revelations and self-discovery?! That’s why God gave you that big head - I mean BRILLIANT MIND - of yours! I kid, I kid! (It’s okay to laugh a little). But in all seriousness, that precious brain of yours is the only muscle for which God’s design included a FULL, SKELETAL protective structure. Now if that doesn’t tell you how special and invaluable your MIND is, then nothing will. Are you treating it like the precious resource that it is?

You have an EXTRAORDINARY capacity to receive, process, store, analyze and use information in ways that make life for the human being an amazing adventure! You have the ability to take raw knowledge and actually turn it into new knowledge, new ideas, new pathways. This is that part of the Divine that we received when God breathed into Adam the breath of life and he became a living soul. Elohim (God of Creation) breathed into human creation the elohistic ability to CREATE new things using the power of our MINDS.

When you think about it this way — there is no greater experience than using that BEAUTIFUL MIND of yours to navigate the world around you courageously.

In II Timothy 2:15, Apostle Paul tells his protégé Timothy to “Study to shew thyself approved unto God…” Another translation says “be diligent.” I promise you, if you’ll increase your diligence in your current assignment (diving in, learning all you can, and implementing all you learn), not only will you experience good success, but you will qualify for even more doors of opportunity.
